I was in need of hearing testing and they did a very thorough testing right down to the types of sound I could not hear and why. We decided to go with hearing aids. The team was excellent in explaining the types. And once we decided I went back for scheduled appointments to fine tune the hearing aid to my needs. The team is very professional and personable.
