Carolyn Greene

Home/Carolyn Greene

Carolyn grew up and went to school at Whitman and graduated from Bridgewater State College in 2001.

As a child, Carolyn had ear tubes, so understands the struggles like no other. This gives her a strong connection to hearing healthcare, and she finds it interesting to see the different types of hearing loss a patient can have, whether hereditary, age-related, or one of the many other causes.

Carolyn started as a medical receptionist greeting patients as they check-in, preparing charts, checking insurance coverage, and also assisting with the billing aspects of South Shore Hearing Center. Since then, she has developed a strong relationship with our patients and is now a key part of our growing team.

What Carolyn loves most about her job is the interaction with their patients on a professional level and getting to know them on a personal basis, as well as the patients taking an interest in her life.

Outside of work, Carolyn loves to hang out with her daughter, Courtney, and go to concerts, sporting events, and travel when possible.
