Dr. Casey Masi grew up in Marshfield, Massachusetts. She chose audiology as her profession because of her younger sister's profound hearing loss; her sister communicates using American Sign Language (ASL).
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in Psychology in 2014 from Northeastern University. She later obtained her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Connecticut in 2018, after completing her fourth-year externship at LA Hearing Center in Lewiston, Maine. Dr. Masi continued working at LA Hearing Center until moving back to Massachusetts and working for Massachusetts Eye and Ear in the Cape Cod offices. She began working for South Shore Hearing Center in 2023.
Dr. Masi is licensed by the state of Massachusetts and certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She has special interests in diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology for all ages. Casey aims to help patients restore their ability to communicate, both verbally and non-verbally.
