LOVE LOCAL: Find Out Why Studio 143 Is Jaime’s Happy Place

Once you start going to the studio, you will want to go back again and again.

It’s That Time Again!

Our Love Local feature is back for another month of showcasing a local business that our team thinks deserves a shoutout.

We feel lucky to have a diverse community in and around South Shore and Southeast Massachusetts which affords us the opportunity to explore the many local businesses and the brilliant people who run them.

For this month’s feature, I can’t wait to tell you about a place that has brought me happiness since they opened.

Studio 143 opened in Scituate back in 2016, and I have been practicing yoga there ever since.

Owner Cindia and the Studio 143 team are dedicated teachers who help people of all ages and abilities explore the power of mental awareness and physical movement.

I often find myself telling others when they ask where I practice, “143 is my happy place.”

Once you start going to the studio, you will want to go back again and again.

There are no expectations when you join, and the classes are catered to men, women, and children of all ages and abilities. Just show up and have some fun!

My Favorite Thing About Studio 143

I love taking different classes with different teachers.

They all have their individual practice that they share with their students, whether it is more geared toward meditation or a more physical mind/body flow – there is truly something for everyone.
